Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the ITAYO AI application operated by us.

By accessing and using our application, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using our particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Our service provides an AI-powered tutoring platform designed for learners aged 3-18. We offer personalized lessons, interactive quizzes, and AI-driven chat support across various academic subjects and life skills, supporting multiple international curricula.

3. User Accounts

To access most features of the application, you must register for an account. When you register for an account, you may be required to provide us with some information about yourself, such as your email address and first name. You agree that the information you provide to us is accurate and that you will keep it accurate and up-to-date at all times.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer several subscription plans, including a free trial. All paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or yearly). By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us (through our payment processor, Paystack) to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the service in any way that could damage the application, services, or general business of ITAYO AI.

You further agree not to use the service to:

  • Harass, abuse, or threaten others or otherwise violate any person's legal rights.
  • Violate any intellectual property rights of us or any third party.
  • Upload or otherwise disseminate any computer viruses or other software that may damage the property of another.
  • Engage in any fraudulent activity.

6. Content Disclaimer

The lessons and information provided by our AI tutor are for educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of this information. You acknowledge that you use the information provided at your own risk.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
